1.5 oz fresh-squeezed blood orange juice
1.5 oz vodka

Tips: serve this cocktail over ice and garnish with a dried citrus slice.  This cocktail can also be made non-alcoholic by substituting the alcohol with soda water or sparkling apple cider.  Blood oranges are a bit smaller than other types of oranges so you may want to purchase a few extras to ensure you have enough juice.
