Did you know you can make your own air freshener at home for a fraction of the cost of purchasing it in the store? You can experiment with as many essential oils as you like until you find the perfect scent for your home.  Citrus & mint air freshener is a perfect recipe to try!  Simply purchase a glass spray bottle, follow this recipe, and prepare to be dazzled with the most heavenly scent you have encountered in your home.

Spray it in the bathroom, spray it on your pillowcases, spray it in your entranceway.  Guests will marvel at the intoxicating citrus smell as they walk in and ask you what it is. 

Ingredients
20 drops grapefruit essential oil
10 drops lemon essential oil
3 drops mint essential oil
2/3 cup water

Instructions
1) place all essential oil drops directly into a glass spray bottle
2) using a small funnel pour 2/3 cup of water into the spray bottle
3) shake vigorously before each time you use the citrus & mint air freshener

Tips: It’s important to protect your essential oils from light exposure by storing them in a cupboard, you can substitute any type of citrus essential oils in this recipe but remember that a little mint essential oil goes a long way
