Ingredients

3.5 cups diced seedless watermelon
2/3 of a red onion chopped fine
1 avocado diced
1.5 tbsp lime juice
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
baked french bread chips for dipping

Instructions

1) chop ingredients and pour into a bowl, stir
2) serve this watermelon avocado salsa with baked french bread chips
3) store in a wide mouth mason jar
