This recipe for lemon adhesive remover will work like magic to remove gunk & goo from any surface in your home. It works on glass jar labels, countertops, sinks, bathtubs & virtually any surface where adhesive or gunk can be found. There are only two ingredients in this recipe so it’s super easy to make and also smells incredible.
Ingredients
2 tbsp baking soda
5-10 drops of lemon essential oil
Instructions
1) add several tablespoons of baking soda to a small glass jar
2) add lemon essential oil drops and stir the mixture until it turns pale yellow & is moist but not soggy
3) using a cloth kitchen towel rub the paste onto the surface that has adhesive or gunk on it, repeat until the surface is clean
Tips: For longevity, store this lemon adhesive remover in a cupboard so that it is protected from exposure to light, it will last many months. A little goes a long way, so make small batches as needed. Do not mix water into the paste, on the surface that you are cleaning or on the cloth kitchen towel (this will stop the remover from working) For extra stubborn labels, leave the paste on the jar or surface for several minutes before rubbing off.
