Ingredients
8-10 cups diced tomatoes (4 cans, drained)
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped (remove stems)
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 onion chopped
juice from 1/2 a lime
season with salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1) pulse in a food processor
2) freeze in a large wide mouth mason jar
3) freeze excess tomato juice for making pasta sauce
